SultanToto Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

Introduction

Welcome to SultanToto. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and SultanToto ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the SultanToto website at https://sultantoto.cam and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, lottery, arcade games, and any other products offered through the Platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the SultanToto platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

To register an Account and use the SultanToto Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. SultanToto strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. This requirement applies to all jurisdictions from which the Platform is accessed.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, or in which the Operator is unable to lawfully provide services.
• You must not currently hold an active self-exclusion request with SultanToto or any other gambling platform that would prohibit your participation.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. Any material false representation is grounds for immediate account termination.

Account Registration & Security

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. SultanToto will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify SultanToto's support team immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. SultanToto reserves the right to request additional verification at any time and to suspend an Account pending verification where suspicious activity is detected.

Account registration information must reflect your genuine legal identity. Accounts registered using fictitious names, third-party identities, or false documentation will be terminated, and any associated funds may be forfeited pending investigation.

Identity Verification (KYC)

SultanToto is required to verify the identity of all Players as part of its compliance obligations under its international operating licence. The KYC process must be completed before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any point during a Player's account history.

As part of the KYC process, you may be required to provide:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of your Malaysian IC (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your residential address, dated within three (3) months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Verification that the payment method used for deposits belongs to you (e.g., a screenshot of your e-wallet account showing your registered name).
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds used for deposits may be requested.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold. SultanToto reserves the right to close accounts where KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed.

Deposits & Payments

SultanToto accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT (TRC-20). The availability of specific methods may vary from time to time and is subject to third-party payment processor terms.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on account tier and payment method.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• SultanToto does not accept cash deposits or payments via credit facilities not verified to the account holder.
• SultanToto reserves the right to refuse any deposit or to request verification of the source of funds at its sole discretion.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit. Exchange rate fluctuations are the Player's risk.

SultanToto does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees at their discretion. Players are advised to check with their respective e-wallet or bank regarding applicable charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose accounts have successfully completed the KYC verification process. The Platform processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically feasible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier and method.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed.
• DuitNow and FPX interbank transfers typically settle within 5–15 minutes, subject to participating bank processing windows.
• Direct bank wire transfers and cryptocurrency withdrawals may take up to 60 minutes or longer depending on network and bank conditions.
• SultanToto reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to releasing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding standard thresholds.
• Withdrawals will be declined where a Player's account has open investigations, pending disputes, or where the Operator has reasonable suspicion of fraud or terms violation.

Bonuses & Promotions

SultanToto offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP programme benefits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonus funds are not withdrawable as cash. Only winnings generated from completed wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified in each promotion's individual terms. Unfulfilled bonus funds may expire.
• SultanToto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including where abuse or exploitation of promotional terms is detected.
• Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated play designed to exploit promotions, or systematic low-risk wagering specifically to clear bonus requirements — will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited.
• Only one promotional offer may typically be active on an account at any given time unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses are available to eligible Malaysian residents and other permitted jurisdictions. Certain promotions may be geo-restricted.

The maximum bet per spin or per round while a bonus is active may be limited. Exceeding the stated maximum bonus wager limit may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winnings. Specific limits are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on the SultanToto platform are subject to the specific rules governing each game type or sports betting market. The general principles set out below apply across all product categories unless superseded by product-specific rules communicated within the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player after acceptance.
• SultanToto reserves the right to void any bet where it is placed on an event or outcome where the result is already known ("past-posting"), where a technical error has occurred, or where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a system error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game round, SultanToto's records and the relevant game provider's server logs shall be the definitive reference.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Odds at confirmation are the applicable odds regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all markets and game types. These are displayed within the Platform and may change without prior notice.

SultanToto offers sports betting markets across a wide range of events including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, tennis, basketball, and other major sporting events. Market availability and depth may vary and is subject to change.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the SultanToto Platform. Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where warranted.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or otherwise misrepresenting your identity or eligibility.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account individually or in coordination with others to exploit promotions or circumvent limits.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform features to the detriment of other Players or the Operator.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing errors or inconsistencies across markets in a manner that abuses the Platform's commercial offering.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to layer, place, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity. SultanToto is committed to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity as required by its licensing obligations.
• Minors: Allowing, facilitating, or enabling any person under the age of 21 to access or use the Platform.
• Abuse of Staff: Threatening, harassing, or abusing SultanToto's customer support team in any manner.

Account Suspension & Closure

SultanToto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent conduct, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Player or a third-party responsible gambling organisation.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• Player-initiated account closure request submitted through the support team.

Upon account closure for non-disciplinary reasons, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks. Bonus funds and associated winnings will not be returned upon closure where wagering requirements have not been met.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Platform without the prior written consent of SultanToto.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SultanToto, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

SultanToto's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

SultanToto does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Temporary service interruptions for maintenance, technical upgrades, or external network issues are outside SultanToto's exclusive control and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Amendments to Terms

SultanToto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page.

Where amendments are material, SultanToto will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the contact information on file or through a Platform-wide notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which SultanToto holds its international gaming operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through SultanToto's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral tribunals of that jurisdiction, as applicable.

Malaysian players are reminded that online gambling operates in a legally complex environment in Malaysia. The Operator makes no representation that participation in its services is lawful under Malaysian domestic law. Each Player bears sole responsibility for determining the legality of their participation under the laws applicable to them.
